We are Antonio and Shameka Bolden! We established Bolden Therapy & Wellness, LLC in 2022, following our dream of creating a therapy experience as unique as we are. Our mission is to establish a therapeutic experience where we value and affirm individuals and families that feel unseen. We are committed to creating access for marginalized and disenfranchised groups within our community and beyond to foster healing and wellness.

Our skill set involves a variety of techniques and modalities including mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. We specialize in working with children, teens and adults addressing issues related to transition, anxiety, performance and racial trauma.

We currently only accept the insurances listed and self-pay at this time. I can provide a receipt statement for insurance reimbursement if needed. Please give us a call if you'd like to work toward your goals of overall wellness!

Supervision group providing consultation and supervision towards the goal of licensure in the state of Virginia as a LPC or LMFT. This group is limited to 6 participants and will meet monthly. The fee associated with attendance is $75 per two hours of group supervision.
