Clinical psychotherapy is a process of deepening self awareness and supporting people to live more authentically. In my practice I emphasize working with children and adolescents. One of the most essential developmental tasks for young people is to discover who they are. Therapy is profoundly well fit for this process. Developing an understanding of one's emotional landscape at a young age allows for greater maturity and authentic decision making. Therapy helps young people unravel complex family dynamics, thus increasing genuine individuality. The outcome is the ability to be in charge of ourselves with confidence, emotional intelligence, and deep satisfaction.

Boe Elizabeth Roberts's Groups

Expressive Arts Group

This workshop series provides a place for middle school aged girls to connect to their creativity, know themselves better and unwind from daily stresses of school, adolescence, and social media. This group uses various expressive arts techniques to therapeutically enhance emotional growth. Each week will focus on a different part of the adolescent experience using an artistic medium that aligns with the emotional process for that week. No prior artistic skill is needed, this a workshop that all teens can relate to and benefit from. This workshop enhances confidence and social connections while providing techniques for dealing with all emotions.
