I work with adults and teens and provide individual counseling. I offer both online and in person session. No matter where you are in this healing process; first time seeing a therapist or seasoned client who has already done a lot of the inner work, my door is open for you. I specifically tailor each session to what your specific needs are as my client, I do not operate from a cookie cutter model. Our work will have a balance and a flow to it meaning not every session will be the same, some sessions will have break throughs and other times we may keep it light and have a few laughs.
I have been a counselor going on 11 years and I have helped many people and had a lot of success in my work. I help people on a soul level for those who are open to this type of work, in addition to being an LPC I am also a certified reiki master, intuitive and empath. Therapy with me is a holistic, and spiritual as well as clinical.
Whatever you are going through that has led you here I can assure you that I will provide a safe, non judgmental space for you. Our connection is very important to me and I detail the sessions to fit your needs. I have a diverse background and use an eclectic approach that can be very different from client to client since we all have different needs.
