I specialize in work with the LGBTQIA+ community, those seeking secular (non-faith based) therapy and people facing interpersonal conflicts. That said, I put a high value on diversity and do not limit my practice to specific communities amongst the age 18+ population. I have also worked extensively with clients in rural Appalachia and Veterans. I work with clients struggling with unhealthy coping skills and dysfunctional survival traits as an adaptation to a deeper issue. Those struggling with personality disorders, codependency, trauma, OCD, anxiety, perfectionism and eating disorders are among my areas of expertise. Trauma populations include but are not limited to sexual trauma, military trauma, spiritual trauma, emotional, physical, neglect and abandonment. I also enjoy working with children for a variety of issues including anxiety, adjustment, and behavioral disorders.

I enjoy caring for my clients, who struggle to feel loved and cared for daily. I work with individuals suffering from anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, major life changes, and couples and families who experience chronic relationship conflict. I work with eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), other specified feeding or eating disorder (OSFED), disordered eating, compulsive exercise and body image concerns.
