Going through mental health struggles is an individual process, but there is no reason you should do it alone. I am a masters level therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children and adults from all walks of life, struggling with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health conditions. I have training in multiple trauma related treatments and evidence based therapies. I truly love helping individuals bust through feelings of worthlessness and low self-esteem, and am generally comfortable working with any treatment need.
