I practice a variety of interventions including sand-tray therapy, art expression, CBT, person-centered, solution focused, nutritional psychology, and spirituality. I work with teens, adults, and couples. Areas of special interest include, racial identity, ADHD, trauma, foster care and adoption, and first responders. Areas of focus are assessing values, creating healthy boundaries, strategies to reduce anxiety, create a support system, and provide education on community resources.
