I’m a therapist who specializes in perinatal issues including postpartum depression and anxiety, adjustment to motherhood/parenthood, intrusive thoughts, infertility, miscarriage, and infant loss. I have training in working with gender-based violence such as sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence. I also have experience assisting clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-harm, and trauma. I have experience working with different genders, sexual orientations, racial/ethnic backgrounds, and socioeconomic status.

Taking steps to get counseling takes a lot of courage. I believe that everyone has their own unique experience and challenges, and that you don't have to go through it on your own. It is my goal to guide you closer to a balanced and happy life. I typically work with adults and adolescents ages 11-17 with anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, and coping skills. I am passionate about working with people who are marginalized (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Women etc.).

I work best with clients that desire a laid back, collaborative approach. Maybe you have goals in mind or need to process out loud to figure them out. My style is direct and casual, balanced with non-judgment and respect for your autonomy to support your authentic exploration and work towards connection, change, and healing. I have extensive experience with adolescents/young adults (ages 14-30), including queer, trans and nonbinary folks; parents; and adults navigating the general challenges of being a modern human in 2023.

My name is Casey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of community and mental health settings, including working with pregnant and parenting clients, military veterans and families, and clients with chronic illness. I love working with womxn and families on perinatal and maternal mental health as well as clients deciding what building a family looks like to them, clients adjusting to diagnoses of chronic illness, and womxn in all stages of life on health and mental health issues.

I am particularly passionate about working within the Internal Family Systems (IFS) and AEDP models.
