Once you feel secure, I use a tailored blend of EMDR and trauma-informed yoga strategies to facilitate your internal exploration and healing process.
I am with you every step of the way. I serve as your tether and guide, so that you are supported in your exploration. By shining a light on the darker parts of your internal experiences, you can find more safety and security in your body and your being.
