Trauma Recovery for Women
Now offering a 6 week VIRTUAL trauma recovery group for women between the ages of 21-45 y/o who have experienced trauma and are seeking to work through the healing stage to develop a new stronger self. This group will allow participants to foster understanding of trauma and how it influences their lives. The participants will learn to improve their level of functioning and develop healthy coping skills. The group can help increase self-esteem, self-awareness, assertiveness, resiliency, self acceptance, and community. This group is FREE for existing Trust2Change clients and will be $35/session for anyone new!
