I'm Amanda, providing in person and telemental health services to Colorado residents from emergent adulthood into seniority. I have always been pulled towards topics that many in society do not want to talk about – sex, death, money, religion, addiction, and many others. I have seen what happens to individuals when they are left to struggle with these topics alone. Some feel guilt, fear, anxiety, depression, or just an overall sense that they are not allowed to be who they really are. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe space for individuals or those in relationship to talk about these topics and feelings. Hello! My name is Luna (she/her). I bring a gender-affirmative approach to my work with gender-diverse, transgender, and non-binary adults. I intend to help you find your voice, honor who you are, embrace the dynamic parts of you, and build bridges of connection towards those you love. I love to support parents in their gender-acceptance journey to be the support that their gender-diverse children (of any age) need. Even when you don't have nightmares, you don't feel rested in the morning. You avoid pieces and parts of your life because you fear being triggered by past trauma.
