I specialize in women’s issues and mood disorders, including anxiety and depression. I am a certified EMDR therapist and hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification. I have specific training in early childhood and maternal mental health and enjoy helping parents/caregivers navigate the stages and challenges of parenthood from pre-pregnancy to empty nesting.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore areas of growth and change together. My approach is holistic, client centered and collaborative. I believe we all have the capacity for change and sometimes we just need a bit of support to get there. Life is full of challenges, but you don't have to do it alone.
