Hello and welcome! Are you or your child struggling with an eating disorder or body image issues and don't know where to start? Are you are feeling alone, overwhelmed, or uncertain about navigating eating disorder recovery? I have experience working with teenagers, groups, families, and adults as they work to build a life free of eating disorder behaviors and in alignment with their core values.

Dr. Ross-Nash provides clinical services to individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in and treats various situations and disorders, including trauma, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. Dr. Ross-Nash seeks to understand what happened to her clients in context of their histories and identities, not what is wrong with them.

I believe we all are doing the best we can with what we've been given, but sometimes we need a little more. We need compassion for ourselves and our life situation, so we can see a way to a different future than the track we're currently on. I look at life and relationships from an unbiased and non-judgemental lense so my clients can focus on describing their experiences and situations without fear or worry. My goal is to help you make sense of things from a new perspective and to help you move through your current space differently, eliciting different outcomes than those you've experienced in the past.

You had amazing plans for your relationship and wanted to go through life knowing that the two of you were a team. Fast forward through all the things since then -life, work, family, kids, stress, money. It’s all happened. And you kept trying to make things better until one day you realized it just wasn’t working. Ignoring the issues weren’t helping, fighting about the issues weren’t solving anything, and the date nights felt so forced that you’d honestly rather just be at home in your Pjs. In my practice I hope to create space where you can explore the possibility of a better tomorrow. In therapy, I specialize with eating/body image concerns, improving relationships, and changing phases of life and health. Through Capacity Assessment I help families answer important questions about their loved one's abilities, and complete the needed paperwork. Workplace trainings cover burnout, size bias, and Health at Every Size. Lastly, my 1:1 Intuitive Eating coaching includes a full e-course!

Noe is a queer, Latinx, neuro diverse, disability specialist and mental health therapist that focuses his treatment on working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities. Clients of Noe typically have a hard time connecting to other therapist, have behavioral outbursts at home and/or school/work, strained relationships with others, can’t find a knowledgeable therapist in autism and or developmental disabilities, problems with regulating emotions and difficulty with coping with life's everyday stresses. Noe provides support with IEP's, IPP's, getting services, individual and group therapy and social skills groups.

I provide therapy in Midtown Sacramento, currently all therapy is through video/telehealth. My approach to therapy is interactive, playful, and compassionate.
