I specialize in the treatment of all anxiety-related disorders, including OCD, Social Anxiety, and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake. After developing a treatment protocol at the Intensive Program level that was the first in the nation to integrate mindfulness-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ("ACT") with Exposure Therapy in the treatment of OCD, I am continuing that work in private practice. My focus is on helping people respond differently to the physical sensations of anxiety, get some space from "sticky" thoughts, and to return to the present moment.
