We experience an inner critical voice that tells us we are not good enough, ugly, or worthless. I love to provide a safe and comforting space for clients to process their difficult life experiences, break through cycles of shame, and begin recovery from addictive behaviors, including with eating and embodiment issues. Together, we focus on healing, reclaiming health, practicing intuitive self-care, celebrating your authentic self and beauty, and cultivating self-love.

At times, we all need assistance with personal growth, relationships, grieving, healing of past abuse, trauma or codependency, building leadership skills, or overcoming expectations. The hardest part is finding where to start. I tailor treatment to meet your specific needs. I work with adult individuals struggling with mood, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and body image issues.

I am trained in brainspotting and have seen firsthand the healing it can bring. I have experience in treating a variety of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and self-esteem among others.
