We will work quickly to alleviate uncomfortable symptoms while we learn to identify triggers that may cause these feelings in order to focus on making long term changes that will help you to move forward through life.

My job is to help individuals and families navigate complex living situations. I do so by creating a safe place for individuals to explore their inner thoughts and actions, and guide them to better understand their roles and opportunities in the world. A comprehensive evaluation is often the first step in helping to understand an individual's difficulties, cognitive profile and learning differences. Working for years in ADHD clinics and neurodevelopmental centers has fostered my expertise in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment recommendations for various cognitive, behavioral and emotional disorders in children and adults. I also have expertise in assessing the neurocognitive effects of chronic Lyme disease and fetal alcohol syndrome. All therapy and testing services are currently provided via telehealth.

If you are a new mother who is overwhelmed and anxious, I have been there too and can support you on your journey. Emotional distress comes in many forms. We may feel a nagging unhappiness -- a sense that our lives have become inauthentic, or have gotten off-track. We may feel held back or overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or perhaps we’re struggling to re-start our lives in the aftermath of trauma. Sometimes it’s the relationships in our lives that leave us conflicted or confused. At times pain can be a catalyst for growth. But if it goes on too long, it can end up preventing us from living fulfilling lives. That’s where I come in.
