I wholeheartedly believe we all possess the innate ability to grow, heal, make mindset shifts, and build support systems to find more balance in life. As a clinician, I work to create a collaborative and safe environment where you can work towards change and wellness.
In developing a trusting relationship with my clients, I like to engage in a relaxed and conversational manner. I work with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and self esteem. It is important that we learn to understand and accept who we are, and how we operate so that we may continue to grow and persevere when faced with adversity.
