Men's Process group: Childhood Sexual Abuse
A men’s process group for survivors of childhood sexual abuse providing a safe, confidential space to break isolation and heal in connection with other men who share similar experiences. Our group will explore the impact of trauma on identity, relationships, and self-worth while reducing shame through shared understanding. Hearing others’ stories fosters solidarity and challenges harmful beliefs about masculinity and vulnerability. Through honest dialogue, mutual support, and skill-building, participants strengthen boundaries, build trust, and reclaim personal agency. Healing in community transforms secrecy and isolation into resilience, accountability, and meaningful connection.
