My ideal client is a motivated individual struggling with life stress, symptoms of anxiety and depression, difficult life transitions, grief, and chronic illness. I won't pretend to know exactly what you are going through, but I will seek understanding and work with you to heal and to accomplish goals. I will show up for you and I expect you to do the same. If this sounds like you, please reach out to see if I am a good fit. I offer tabletop role playing game (TTRPG) support groups in 4 week rotations. They are open to adults and it is preferred if participants are neurodivergent or have diagnosed ADHD, but it is not necessary.
I spent over 11 years as a medical social worker providing case management services in the hospital and for a health insurance company and have been a therapist since September of 2023. I have knowledge of chronic illness and can empathize with feelings of fear, uncertainty, and loss of independence.
I am a nerd at heart and I encourage you to discuss your interests in our therapy sessions. The more we can connect on a personal level, the more effective our therapy sessions will be. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to make life a little easier.

Tabletop RPG Support Group
This group uses tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) to support adults (18+) who identify as neurodivergent and/or have diagnosed attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The purpose of this group is to provide a safe, structured environment where participants can explore personal challenges, build social skills and connections, enhance emotional regulation, and foster a sense of community through collaborative storytelling and gameplay. The primary goal is to make this a fulfilling experience for all participants and it is not covered by insurance. Contact me for information on how to register and when the next group will start!
