My name is Bobby Limbu, and I’m a Psyche Nurse Practitioner here at Deep Eddy Psychotherapy. I’m excited to connect with you and share a bit about myself and my approach. I’m here to provide supportive, non-judgmental, and patient centered treatment based on evidenced based practice. We can collaborate to identify the best approach to achieve our goal with an integrated approach including pharmacotherapy as well as psychotherapy. Building a safe and comfortable environment is at the core of my approach, and I’m excited about the chance to deepen our connection as we embark on this journey together.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others to understand mental health, emotional dysregulations, and coping skills. Becoming a Psych Nurse Practitioner was a natural path for me as I wanted to make a positive impact on people’s lives. I’m actively involved in injecting drug users, people living with HIV and the homeless.
Grew up in Kathmandu, Nepal but I’ve lived in Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand. One important aspect of my personal journey is the access of healthcare services to underserved population without stigma and discrimination. I believe in creating a safe and empathetic space for my clients to explore their concerns.
