I specialize in working with kids and enjoy working with anyone who is committed to changing learned patterns that keep them stuck. I have worked with a wide variety of issues including anger management, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and relational problems between couples as well as between parents and children. I believe that we all need someone to listen to and validate our experiences while helping guide us toward new perspectives and rhythms. If you want to begin the journey toward meaningful change and growth I'd love to work with you.
I specialize in implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help come up with concrete plans to address presenting problems. For kids, I incorporate sandtray, play therapy, and art-based interventions to delve into deep issues that may be difficult to express through words alone.
