I have been in the counseling field since 2014, when I graduated from Denver Seminary. I am a trauma-informed therapist in Denver who specializes in helping adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. I also have a passion for integrating faith-based perspectives, when desired, providing a Christian counseling approach.
