My experience is working with late teens, young adults, adults, and couples who are experiencing emotional distress from past and/or current struggles. My hope is for us to build a compassionate and brave space together, so that you can feel safe sharing and exploring your story. Our work will not only uncover the barriers to the growth and fulfillment that you deserve, but also will help you experience hope and healing through healthier relationships with self and others.
My training is predominantly in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for both individuals and couples, a multi-cultural modality centering upon developing secure connections with self and others. Also utilizing a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed approach, I strive to make therapy a creative, dynamic, and healing experience.
