With over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals navigating life’s challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia and offer virtual sessions for adults and adolescents ages 14 and up.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and stress-related concerns. I have experience supporting individuals with codependency, domestic violence, chronic health conditions, mood disorders, parenting stress, and life transitions. I have a strong background with veterans and individuals facing complex emotional backgrounds.
