My approach is flexible and down to earth using research proven techniques.
The goal with any therapy is to get you feeling better. I will walk alongside you as you explore the things that are impacting your life in order to come to a better understanding of yourself and your circumstances. Therapy requires a comfortable environment which I create by offering respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
