Balance. That is a word I use all throughout the day. In the world today we often times have many obstacles that seem to get in our way of feeling that inside & outside. Whether it be trauma, work stressors, interpersonal issues, lack of motivation, too much of this or that. I get it. It's hard to balance sometimes! I can help guide you to find your peace.

Using a person-centered approach with every client, I start where you are at, whatever that means. We will go at your own pace and if at any time you feel you need to slow down/speed up/stop completely, let me know. It can seem daunting at first, but I will work with you to feel as comfortable as possible to get you where you want to go. So let's talk!
