As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in guiding couples, military personnel, combat veterans, and individuals through difficult life situations. In my practice, I draw from diverse therapeutic modalities, including the Gottman therapy approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (CPT), Solution Focused and more. These evidence-based techniques allow for a specialized treatment plan, addressing the unique needs of each client. I also offer the Gottman 7 principles workshop.
