My background is heavily trauma informed and I do extensive work in all kinds of trauma healing. I also work with adults and couples navigating fertility/ infertility, transitions to parenthood, and grief & loss. I enjoy working with individuals looking to manage depression & anxiety, build self esteem, and have healthy relationships & boundaries.
I believe that therapy is space to freely unpack and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that is uncensored and authentic— so we will process, cry, scream, or swear together in whatever ways you need to express yourself.
