I consider myself an Elder Emo - someone who grew up loving black clothing, band tees, and concerts. But as I tried to conform to society's expectations as a young adult, I felt miserable and lost. It wasn't until I did some deep internal healing & focused on my own needs that I realized what was missing: authenticity. That's why I founded Elder Emo Therapy - to provide a safe & welcoming space where my clients can come as they are, with no need to pretend/hide their true selves. I primarily work with individuals navigating attachment trauma, C-PTSD, and neurodivergent conditions such as low-support autism and ADHD.
My practice includes providing ADHD evaluations, supporting clients with trauma, and exploring issues related to self-worth and relationships. I also specialize in working with clients in polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships.
I am most comfortable treating complex trauma and helping clients build healthier, more fulfilling relational dynamics. My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences.
