As a person-centered therapist, my therapeutic approach is warm and compassionate. I specialize in working with children using Play Therapy techniques and have years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I am currently pursuing the Registered Play Therapist certification. I also enjoy working with teenagers and adults on exploring their inner self and learning how to manage life's challenges. I believe in trusting you as the expert in your own life. My goal is to support you on your journey of becoming the best you.
I began working as a therapist in 2018. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Rocky Mountain College, and Masters of Social Work from Walla Walla University. I have experience working in Community Mental Health, School Based Settings, and in Private Practice. I have worked with families and individuals of all ages.
