Committed to supporting clients as they move toward healing and personal growth by addressing the root causes of their struggles rather than avoiding them. My professional experience includes working with individuals across the lifespan from diverse backgrounds navigating emotional and relational challenges, including trauma and difficulties with self-regulation. I am particularly drawn to working with couples and individuals navigating barriers to emotional and physical closeness, eating disorders, and healing from sexual abuse, while helping clients build resilience and lasting change.

I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe meaningful healing comes through authentic connection and addressing challenges directly. By integrating evidence-based practices, I help clients build insight, process underlying wounds, and create lasting change.

My goal as a therapist is to help clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward a more balanced life.
