My practice is all inclusive, treating those seemingly well adjusted yet with nagging underlying dissatisfactions to those experiencing extreme distress, alienation, and shame.

While anxiety and depression are tips of an iceberg, the process of psychotherapy addresses the underpinnings and specific causes of these distressing moods and feelings with the goal of enabling change to occur.
