I enjoy helping people in discovering and getting to know their authentic self, to discover within themselves the power to change and make more creative and life-affirming choices. I work with adults, teens, families and men/ fathers in strengthening relationships, helping to overcome various life challenges and discovering and unlocking their full potential as an authentic human being.
I can help you work through depression, anxiety, co-dependency, trauma and life transitions such as divorce, leaving home, career change, loss/grief. My approach is to meet each individual client where they are at with acceptance and understanding and to help each client navigate whatever challenges they are currently facing.
