My greatest passion and area of specialty is in working with individuals, of all ages, who are experiencing significant distress in their lives, including: death and loss, impaired self-esteem/confidence, anxiety, depression, life transition issues and relationship difficulties.
My approach toward working with individuals is rather humanistic and relational, in which I aim to provide a therapeutically safe environment that promotes growth and healing thru instilling confidence and empowering others to reach their full potential.
I strive to create a supportive and calm environment in which the individual is given time and space to both discuss and process various issues at their own pace, while appropriately challenging them given the appropriate time and space.
