I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups as we work together to free ourselves from the struggles and suffering that keep us from living our life to the fullest. At times our lives can feel unmanageable. Trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, unhealthy cycles, addictions, and other areas of our mental health can keep us stuck and unable to move forward freely. We start to lose sight of the light at the end of the tunnel of our suffering. I am here to walk alongside you as we move toward that light. Through counseling, these issues can be addressed and freedom is possible as we work together!

In counseling we begin to untie the knots, become present in our mind and bodies, and experience what it is like to give ourselves the time and space to heal and to learn new ways of coping. My approach is to utilize my training to help with daily life, trauma work, relationships, and other areas. I am also connected to many great therapists for referrals!
