I work with people who are stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand or just trying to make sense of themselves. Some are new to therapy, some are skeptical, and some are therapists themselves.
My approach is human first—I’m not here to analyze you from a distance, I’m here to learn your story and sit with you in it. I don't shy away from topics of race, religion, sex, and politics; your whole identity is welcome.
My approach focuses on helping you understand yourself more fully—your inner world, your past, and how you show up in relationships. I specialize in attachment, IFS-informed parts work, and trauma- and shame-informed care.
We connect the dots with curiosity, to insight, self-awareness, and more meaningful connection with yourself and others.
