Hello and welcome! I'm a licensed mental health counselor and registered nurse with over 17 years of experience helping people and couples (ages 18-103) navigate the complexities of their lives. I have advanced training in multiple and diverse relationship trauma treatment modalities, including somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, family systems, CPT, parts and shadow work, and EMDR.

Kiki works with adults of all ages, specializing in work with women and individuals who identify as BIPOC or LGBTQIA2S+. Some of her special interests include working with individuals on identity exploration, spiritual growth, paranormal phenomena, empowerment, sex positivity, relationship conflict, interpersonal partner violence, and narcissistic abuse.

I have extensive experience working with major life transitions such as breakups, moves, career changes, graduations, & the anxiety, depression & grief that often co-occur. My passion is helping process interpersonal relationship issues, & helping develop language to what's occurring in your life, relationships & learning to set boundaries.

Clinical Counseling and Consulting Services, PLLC (CCCS) is a counseling and consulting agency dedicated to clinician development and mental health treatment. Although CCCS specializes in treatment for sex offenders, individuals with problematic sexualized behavior, and victims of trauma, the agency also provides specialized outpatient therapy, employee assistance services, and services for individuals suffering from addiction. Parenting education classes are also available to assist parents with managing and coping with their children and/or adolescent behavioral deficits, addictions, and/or mental health disorder(s).

I have a love for people and as long as I can remember, I walked in the role as a counselor before I realized it was a profession. My greatest passion is helping others in any capacity. I was a School teacher for over 20 years teaching grades 6-9. As a teacher, I wore many hats which included being a counselor for my students as well as the entire school. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I attended Liberty University where I received my Masters’ Degree in Professional Counseling.

I specialize in working with adults, college students, business owners, and adolescents dealing with trauma, abuse and dissociation issues, mood disorders, and life changes including transitions and grief and loss issues. Children between ages of 5 and 10 years old are seen on case by case basis. Clients seeking lasting changes in their lives or just looking for help to identify goals towards finding balance in their daily lives, as well as individuals seeking to align with and live their truth AND who are willing to do the personal reflection and work this demands are ideal clients for my practice.

With experience in various roles from therapist, prevention specialist, and program director I enjoy helping young children, teenagers, and adults achieve balance in everyday living. My expertise include mental health therapy, chemical dependency counseling, curriculum development and instruction, care management, and substance misuse prevention and education. I have experience working with youth and adults in various settings from the foster care environment, outpatient and inpatient treatment centers, to private practice.
