Gen Xers, ya'll doing okay? People raising kids, what about you? Parents of trans, nonbinary, and gender expansive young or older people, how are you holding up? Those of you trying to recover from narcissistic abuse, domestic abuse or IPV, those of you trying to recover from any form of trauma, those of you who feel anxious as hell, I want to help ease the stress, fear, and pain. I've got over 15 years of clinical experience and a whole lotta life experience at this point that informs my work. While what we face is nothing new, it's also true that this is a really hard time for so many reasons. Let's start by validating that.

I strive to support my clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, learning differences, eating disorders, family trauma, identity exploration and many other challenges and transitions. Applying an intersectional lens to all the experiences and identities that shape our lives is also essential to my practice.

I love co-collaborating with curious folx who want to know more about themselves and find better ways to live under systems of oppression. This can look like wanting to know more about your gender/sexuality, traumas/resilience, patterns/histories, systems/power, and desires/dreams. I work well with folx who want to build softer ways of being, explore voice/dignity, create liberatory self-narratives, and hold grief/trauma in new ways. I love working with community organizers, queer/trans folx, and creatives. I value safely moving into the deep with clients, honoring and tending to wounds that happened to but do not define folx.

I am most experienced with Autism, Anxiety, and Depression. With Autism, I work to help individuals better function in a world of many challenges. With anxiety and depression, I work to reframe thinking, utilize mindfulness, and find the best ways to stop the destructive cycles that come with both. I strive to meet you where you are with the tools you need.

Accepting New Clients - I am a strengths-based clinician who enjoys learning about my clients and their unique lived experience. I work with people in transition, who are still discovering themselves even later in life, and who are looking to identify what holds them back. I build a constructive dialogue with my clients, helping them gain insightful into their troubles, even when they struggle to see where their stressors lie. Even if you do not have the tools yet, but you are willing to take that first step and make a change, I will meet you every step of the way.

Accepting New Clients - My clinical practice mainly consists of fellow queer and neurodivergent folx who struggle with complex trauma. Common concerns include self-abandonment through people pleasing, exploring gender/sexual identity, executive dysfunction, immense shame/guilt, perfectionism, identifying community supports, and processing underlying traumatic experiences. My clients often come into session looking to better understand who they are and what really works for them. Many times they feel so detached from themselves and their own bodies that it has been hard to even know what they want from life or who they are

I am currently interested in working with clients ages 16+ on the following topics: substance use, relationships, interpersonal communication, boundaries, life transitions, sexuality, gender identity, anxiety, depression, dissociation, trauma and general exploration/discovery of identity. I work with folks from all cultural, racial and religious backgrounds and is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
