My ideal client wants to change and evolve, and is willing to work at it through sessions and homework! I'm non-judgmental and a creative collaborator with my clients. I've done my job if clients feel heard, renewed, and empowered. I have a ton of experience and credentials: I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, and Brain-based Hypnotherapy. I work in trauma recovery, relationship issues, addiction, mood disorders, Jungian counseling, and spiritual counseling. I'm extremely adventurous, youthful, and have experienced life in many places and realms.
I use a brain-based, depth-oriented approach rooted in neuroscience and attachment theory. The sessions are dynamic, investigative, and experiential to help clients discover underlying core issues and start to believe new perceptions that are more beneficial and positive. Breaking down old patterns and developing new, better patterns are the goals!
My office is located downtown, convenient from all points, ease of getting in and out, and with plenty of no-stress parking. I am dedicated to being the absolute best therapist I can, which means individual case management and staying educated on cutting-edge trends and interventions. I have a nature-based background, and I use it whenever I can.

Expressive Soulwork Day Retreat 4/1/23
"Skeleton Woman Shadow-work and Deep Feminine Exploration (for all genders)" This experiential program calls on the archetypal energy of the Deep Feminine within each individual. There will be presentations, both didactic and artistic, that assist with that transition from an external to an internal focus so that each attendee can leave feeling moved. Why should one do this type of soulwork? So you can be more conscious of what's in the "black bag" (your shadow) holding you back from your evolution, bringing to light patterns that need tweaking or even moving on from them, if possible.
