I love working with both adults and adolescents 13 years and up, especially folks who identify as BIPOC, queer, and trans, and individuals in non-traditional, non-monogamous relationship structures. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, gender celebratory, poly affirming, kink and BDSM affirming, and sex-work positive. My specialities are trauma work, depression, anxiety, and supporting folks who are moving through difficult transition, who are exploring their gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation, or who would like to get clarity on their life path.

I am a psychotherapist for adult individuals and couples. Do you want stronger, clearer and healthier relationships? My clients consist mainly of open minded, artistic and unconventional persons wanting more intimacy and connection or wanting to explore their innate gifts and talents. I also work with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and non-binary persons. However, I love working with anyone who is seeking growth, wholeness and perspective.

Freedom, joy, connection, and peace are our natural state of being. They happen on their own when our bodies feel safe and supported enough to release painful past experiences that keep us stuck in distressing patterns. We feel unable to relax and are busy and burnt out. Being truly seen and loved and feeling belonging are deep desires for us, but seem unfulfillable. Instead, we resort to self improvement. Expressing our boundaries, feelings, and needs with others isn't easy. We often feel anxious, sad, shameful, numb, or alone. Triggers or physical symptoms intrude in our lives regularly. Our bodies don't feel at home.

My passion in life is supporting you to become your most authentic, joyous self. I believe you already have a wellspring of wisdom and clarity within, and I take great pleasure in helping you clear the way to your own inner guidance. As a proud, openly transgender woman, I find fulfillment in working with individuals and couples on transition and identity issues, communication, codependency, relational/cultural/ancestral trauma, gender, sexuality, poly/non-monogamy, depression, addiction, anxiety, psychedelic integration, and spirituality. Perhaps the path isn't quite clear, yet you're ready to take a step towards something better.

I strive to reach clients where they are holistically and enjoy working with people at every phase of their journey. My goal as a therapist is to establish an authentic and trusting relationship to work together to help you live a fulfilling life. I enjoy working with folks at every stage of their life journey, and understand that reaching out is a huge step for many people. I want to help folks realize their goals of self actualization, peace, contentment, and happiness.

I am casual and tattooed, and that tends to work for most people... even if it's vastly different from how people picture a typical 'therapist'. I feel very privileged to work with members of the LGBTQ+ community and believe I offer a unique perspective as a trans man (that also happens to be a therapist). I really enjoy providing support to folks while they explore components of their authentic identities. I am comfortable working with folks that identify with being poly and/or kinky (No shaming here!).

Your story is worth telling. Your experiences are real. Your feelings are valid. I identify as queer, nonbinary, and a gifted AuDHDer (autistic and ADHD). I am passionate about walking alongside neurodivergent and gifted LGBTQIA+ adults and couples working through understanding their identity and relationships. I also work with parents of neurodivergent, gifted, and/or LGBTQIA+ kids who are seeking guidance in supporting their children.

Therapy is a place to dream, scream and put it all back together again. You will arrive, again, to a place where you know that you are worthy and you do not have to hide. Welcome! I'm so glad you made it here. Taking the first step in seeking out a therapist can be scary and overwhelming. As a non-binary, neurodivergent therapist, I provide an affirming space that allows my clients to accept all parts of themselves and celebrate their identities. I specialize in working with young adults, including college students and young professionals, who are queer-identified and/or neurodivergent.

Perhaps you've known all your life and are now on a journey of healing and discovery, looking to become the most authentic version of self. Reconnecting to your deepest and most authentic self can reconnect you to life and create a path to healing.

I’ve always found that authenticity is the only path to true connection. For those wanting support in transition(s), processing loss or trauma, living with chronic illness/disability, or simply unable to find your way forward; You deserve a counselor who will see you as a person first, not defined by your struggles but someone deserving of validation, support, and care. I pay close attention to the systems in which you are surrounded, the relationships that factor in your wellness, how the past informs the present, and the strengths you have within yourself to make a meaningful life.

You want to explore who you are, how you view the world. You sometimes find yourself uncertain of how to connect with others. You worry your true self may be overwhelming or too much. You may have been called “sensitive” or “too emotional” in the past. I consider therapy to be, at core, about relationship. So much of our trauma as humans is interpersonal. Psychotherapy has the transformational potential to practice again (or perhaps for the first time) associating human relationships with safety rather than threat. I feel especially passionately about providing a celebratory, validating container for those with LGBTQIA+ identities.

I believe your identities and how you move through the world are important and deserve to take up space in the therapy room. The ways white supremacy and other oppressive parts of our world affect your journey are often parts that go unrecognized by others. I especially love working with folks who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and/or have an identity that is marginalized in some way by our normative culture.
