I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, identity exploration and acceptance, and LGBT+ issues (Including GAS letters). I enjoy helping clients work through childhood trauma and/or ongoing traumatic stress especially with power-based violence, cancer, cult survivorship, religious trauma, accidents, natural disasters, and C-PTSD. As a teacher for over 20 years, I understand burnout, the inner-workings of schools, and the importance of the personnels' mental health and self care. Plus, over 16 years experience with child-rearing, elderly parental care, end of life choices, adult social services, and grief and bereavement therapies for children and adults.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2004. I began this journey working as a community mentor for children. Since that time, I have had many different roles. I have worked providing specialized services to children and families, been a lead clinician, and provided school based care before jumping into the private practice realm. My heart lies in helping people reach their full potential! Through working with diverse ages and client populations, I have learned that each person and system are unique.
