With over ten years of clinical experience, I draw from several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. My therapeutic style is collaborative, authentic, and compassionate.
