Hi and welcome! I am well-versed in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and working through difficult life events. I'm developing an interest in working with eating disorders and beginning training in this area. I most enjoy working with military, their families, and first responders. Overall, I believe in a holistic approach to therapy in general and I strongly believe that the well-being of our bodies must be incorporated into mental health treatment if it is to be successful. I am trained in EMDR therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and am a licensed Acudetox Specialist. Prior to beginning treatment, I make sure to clearly explain all modalities we will be using together. My goal is to ensure therapy is collaborative and I therefore value teaching clients the "why" of what they are doing with me.
