I specialize in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, infertility, prenatal/pregnancy and postpartum related issues.
My approach is collaborative, integrative and client-centered with a strong cognitive-behavioral foundation. I believe that there is no one approach that will work for everyone and as such strive to tailor therapy to your individual needs and style. I believe it is important to work together to find what approach will work best for you.
