Life offers us challenges and opportunities. I offer my clients a safe space to explore their emotions, relationships, and goals. In my practice, I partner with my clients as they discover insights, access the power of hope, and explore their vulnerability. I work to develop a trusting, non-judgmental relationship that allows clients the space to find growth and resilience. I enjoy walking with my clients as they discover paths to peace and creativity in their lives.
I rely on the research-based models of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Mind-Body Bridging, narrative therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to assist my clients in addressing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and feeling stuck. I try to offer my clients tools they can utilize after completing therapy.
I work with diverse populations and marvel at the strength we find in collaborating through therapy. My experience and training in mindfulness, relationship issues, shame and vulnerability, women’s issues, spirituality, and trauma help me to access multiple modalities of treatment. I trust my clients to access their strength and vision to heal and grow.
