Aspergers/HFA Social Skills Training groups
We are forming social skills enhancement groups for children and adolescents diagnosed with Aspergers or High Functioning Autism. Groups will be divided by age and average 3 to 5 persons per group. These groups will be both educational and practical in nature.

Teen Educational group on Depression and Anxiety
These groups are educational and teach teens what is Mental Illness, How to be healthy with good coping skills, when to seek professional help. These are 4 week commitments and 90 min each week. We have different types of classes coming including: how to be safe, situation awareness class, how to prepare to leave home for college and many more. Contact us for the full list.

Bariatric Support Group
Led by an experienced bariatric therapist for bariatric patients who are about to have surgery or those who have had surgery and would like to work on behavior modification and emotional balance. Guest speakers will include a bariatric registered dietician.
