I am a counselor currently accepting new patients. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are dealing with mental health issues.
As a counselor, I'm EMDR certified. For my therapy, I use emotional focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and reality therapy. However, I consider myself an eclectic counselor as long as proper counseling techniques are helpful in reaching goals to a successful recovery.
