Accepting new clients. I specialize in combat or sexual assault related PTSD, childhood physical/sexual abuse, sexual identity, depression, anxiety, blended families and phase of life issues. I assist U.S. Veterans and First Responders with concerns related to service/deployment. I also have experience working with LGBTQIA2S+ concerns. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive, safe environment that protects and respects your privacy.
Contacting a counselor is a huge step toward wellness. Trauma therapy does not have to begin with a deep dive. We move at your pace. I help people adjust to new situations and overcome trauma. My passion is helping people work toward posttraumatic growth.
I counseled over 500 people with trauma. I am the Executive Director of Reforged, a Veteran non-profit focused on PTSD. I was a military spouse for 18 years. My doctoral dissertation focused on military families impacted by PTSD.
