Trauma Sensitive Yoga & Processing Group
This evidence-based research for adjunct trauma treatment will help you connect your mind and body to the present moment by regulating your physical responses and then calming your mind, giving us a sense of agency, putting you back into the present, and regaining a sense of safety. In these classes, we also incorporate healing sound bowls which have the capacity to shift energy, clear blockages, and restore the mind, body, and spirit to a balanced state.
