My clients come to me for many different reasons, but the most common ones are: overcoming symptoms of stress and anxiety, improving marital and family relationships, communication skills, parenting challenges, implementing boundaries with extended family, managing blended marriages and families, and building self-confidence.
I use an integrated counseling approach that combines Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with Person Centered Counseling. Our therapeutic relationship is based on unconditional positive regard, empathy and congruence. At Motivations Counseling, we provide a safe, confidential place to explore how you can achieve a more meaningful life.
I provide psychotherapy and EMDR therapy for individuals, couples & families in Sugar Land, Missouri City, Katy, Houston and surrounding areas.
