Do you feel overwhelmed by your life, spouse or family? Most satisfied clients tell me they feel better about their problems and are empowered to deal with them after reaching some therapeutic goals together. I can provide spiritual-based counseling as well to tap into the strengths you already have.
Through therapy specialties like Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I help children, teens and adults by focusing on their real life outside the therapy room. My role is to help the client notice their strengths by utilizing coping skills in their every day life. With EMDR therapy, I step alongside the client to help heal traumatic memories.
I teach Love and Logic to parents and use play therapy techniques with children and adolescent ages. I am also a certified mediator for divorces and see children for court-ordered therapy. I look forward to meeting you and walking with you through your journey.
